SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping to make checkout simple:

  • $7 flat rate to all addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) and Washington, D.C.
  • Free shipping on orders $89 and above

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size. All shipments include tracking.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@eroscandleco.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@eroscandleco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
